How to print Email from Gmail
If you use Gmail on your computer or mobile device through the Gmail app, you can print emails in a few quick steps.
Computer (Windows/Mac)
There’s no Gmail desktop client, but you can open Gmail on your web browser and print an individual email or all messages in an email/conversation thread.
- Find and open the email you want to print, then select Than (Three dots).

- Option Print.

- You’ll see a preview of your email appear in a new window. Option Print if you are using a Windows PC.

- On a Mac, select printer options in Print dialog box and then select Print.

- If the email has replies in the same conversation, you can still print them all together. Open an email conversation and select Print all of icon in the top right.

Android
On your Android phone or tablet, you can print emails from Gmail through the Gmail app or web browser if the Gmail app isn’t working.
- Launch the Gmail app and tap the email you want to print.
- Clap Than (ellipsis) in the upper right of the email.

- Next faucet Print.

- If you want to print an email conversation with multiple emails, touch and open the email conversation, then tap Than (ellipsis in the upper right)> Print all in the upper right of the email window.

Note: If the Print option isn’t available, update the Gmail app and try again.
iOS
You can also print emails from Gmail on your iPhone/iPad through the Gmail app or on your web browser.
- Launch Gmail app on your iPhone or iPad and tap the email you want to print.
- Clap Than (ellipsis) in the upper right of the email.

- Next, tap Print.

- You can also print an email conversation with multiple emails or replies. Just tap to open the chat then tap Than > Print all.

Note: If you can’t print emails from Gmail, the sender may have turned on Gmail’s Secret. This is a Gmail feature that prevents other users from printing emails and attachments.
If you want to print an attachment, you can download it to local storage, open it with the appropriate application or program, and then select the Print option.
Yahoo!
Yahoo Mail makes it easy to print emails from your computer or mobile device and save hard copies for offline use.
- Open Yahoo Mail in a new browser window or tab, sign in and select the message you want to print.
- Choose Print in email messages. You can also choose Than > Print.

- Next, choose the number of pages, copies, layout, paper size, and other options.

- Once you’ve set your print options, select Print.

If there are any attachments in the email and you want to print them too, download them to your computer or mobile device. Open and print files using the print interface on your device.
Opinion
Outlook is the default email service for Microsoft Office users that comes with a desktop app, a mobile app, and Outlook.com (formerly Hotmail) for the web.
Outlook Online
If you are accessing your email messages from Outlook on the web, there is a printer-friendly option for you to print email messages.
- Open the email you want to print and select Than (ellipsis) at the top.

- Option Print.

- If you are using a PC, select Print in new window.

- On a Mac, choose the layout, orientation, pages to print, and number of copies, then select Print.

Note: You cannot print all email attachments from Outlook.com. Open each attachment and print them out individually.
Outlook App
The Outlook app provides an easy and convenient way to access your email messages on the go. You can also print email messages using the app on your Android or iOS device.
- Launch Outlook on your computer and open the email you want to print. Option File > Print. Alternatively, press Control + P on PC or Request + P on your Mac to open Print menu.

- If you want to print the email immediately, select Than > Customize toolbar.

- Drag Print go to the toolbar menu and then select Accomplished to add Print next button Opinion toolbar. Option Print to print your email.

- Option Print.

Mail Application
The Mail app is the default email service provider for macOS and iOS users. Printing emails from the Mail app is as simple as with other email clients.
Mac
You can use the Mail app on your Mac to print email messages.
- Launch Mail from the Trackpad on the dock and then select the email you want to print.
- Option File > Print from the menu options.

- Next, select the printer, the number of pages, and print copies, and then select Print.

iOS
Printing from the Mail app on your iPhone or iPad is slightly different than it is on a Mac.
- Open the Mail app and tap the email you want to print.
- In the email window, tap back arrow.

- Clap Print

- If there are any attachments, you can tap them to view, then tap Repost button.

- Clap Print.

Print Emails from Anywhere
When you need a hard copy of a particular email or conversation, you can print it out and keep it for future reference.
If you just want to print an email for offline reading, you can save it on paper and choose to increase the font size in your browser or email client, or just save your email as a PDF file.
